TO JOIN: You MUST be an avid FMA fan. ^_^ Send a note to ToukaKoukan with the subject somewhere along the lines of "Join" then add the club to devwatch. Put our icon in your siggy or journal by typing : icontoukakoukan : without the spaces.

TO SUBMIT ARTS: Send a note with the link to the deviation to ToukaKoukan. ^_^
or send them as an attachment to renkinjutsu_chan@yahoo.com. This is best if you have a large amount to send. ^^
TO AFFILIATE: Send a note to ToukaKoukan with something along the lines of "Affiliate" in the subject, add us to devwatch and display our icon. As with joining, expect same day confirmation. ^_^
